What is the O-Zone?
The O-Zone is a premium content, subscription-based portion of GoDucks.com, the official website for the University of Oregon Athletics Department. When you purchase a subscription to the O-Zone, you gain unparalleled access to Oregon Athletics video and audio content - LIVE VIDEO EVENTS and exclusive ON-DEMAND multi-media files. The O-Zone lets fans watch/listen to live games, view coach and player interviews, highlights, motivational videos and much, much more. How do I Sign up for the O-Zone?
To process your subscription, you will need to create a username and password. You will also be required to provide your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We recommend the use of FireFox, Safari or Internet Explorer when signing up, as other browsers have been known to cause issues during the process.
We offer two types of packages, “Premium” Subscriptions which give you access to ALL content provided by the O-Zone and “Audio Only” subscriptions which are ideal for dial-up users whose connections would not be fast enough to watch live video. Audio Only subscribers can listen to live broadcasts of many events, but some sports may only offer video broadcasts.

What live events can I watch with an O-Zone subscription?
The live broadcasts available vary widely by sport. Typically, we are able to broadcast most home games for a particular team. In general, we broadcast all events which are televised on the Oregon Sports Network (OSN) and home events which are not televised. Per Pac-12 television contracts, games televised on ABC/ESPN/FOX and their affiliates cannot be shared live online.
What on-demand content can I watch with an O-Zone subscription?
On-demand content availability varies by sport. All sports will archive game/event replays, coach and player interviews along with highlight videos that can be accessed at any time. The O-Zone provides on-demand access to our coaches’ shows, such as Oregon Football with Chip Kelly. Radio show archives include game broadcasts.
The number of press conferences, special announcements and “Great Moments in Oregon Athletics’ History” video content varies by sport. Game replays that will be available can generally be viewed on-demand between 1 and 12 hours of the game's conclusion. Because of television contracts, games broadcast on Fox Sports Network, FX or Versus will be available for replay after 14 days.
What software do I need to access the O-Zone?
The O-Zone can be configured to work with all modern PC and Mac computers. The most important thing to learn first is what you will need to have to receive our video streams. We have provided links to all of the FREE plug-ins and software that is required to watch our live and on-demand content.
PC requirements
- Windows OS no earlier than Windows 2000
- Internet Explorer or Firefox (Most other browsers supporting Adobe Flash should work, but may not be supported)
- Flash Player
- Internet connection of at least 1Mbps for live video streams
Mac requirements
- Safari or Firefox web browser
- Flash Player
- Internet connection of at least 1Mbps for live video streams
Will the O-Zone work on a Mac?
YES! The O-Zone works with Firefox and Safari on OS X.
Will the O-Zone work on my phone?
Maybe... The O-Zone uses Adobe Flash, so many Android phones will work, but it takes them a LONG time load our system. We also have apps available for both iPhone and Android - Click HERE for more info.
What if I just want to watch ONE game?
You can watch one game by purchasing one of our packages, then simply cancel the package after the game so your credit card will not be charged for the following month. Please note that all premium content access privileges are revoked immediately upon cancelation, so make sure to cancel after your event has ended.
How can I get technical support?
We have developed a SUPPORT FAQ PAGE which outlines solutions to the most common problems our users face when using the O-Zone. If you are unable to resolve your issue through the FAQ PAGE, we ask that you send us an e-mail using our online contact form.
How can I cancel my account?
Users must cancel their account online. It is simple to cancel your account by following the steps below:
- Log-in from our home page at www.goducks.com. The log-in area, is in the middle, right hand side of the page.
- After logging-in, you can go to the “My Account” tab in the white menu bar, and select “Cancel Account” OR you can click on the “Cancel Account” link in the “My Account” area shown underneath the green O-Zone graphic on the middle, right hand side of the page.
Please note that all premium content access privileges are revoked immediately upon cancelation, and that cancelations should be completed 5 days in advance of billing to ensure that your credit card will not be charged.
