Brittany Wiebe enters her first season as head strength and conditioning coach with the Oregon women’s basketball program in 2025-26.
Wiebe arrived at Oregon in November, 2024, initially working with the UO acrobatics and tumbling and beach volleyball programs.
Before her time at UO, Wiebe spent two years (2022-24) in Dubai as the strength and conditioning coordinator for the Elite Falcons Football Club, overseeing performance programs across their clubs in Dubai and Kenya.
Prior to her role in Dubai, Wiebe built on her global experience with the Houston Astros organization, where she served as Latin American strength and conditioning coordinator (2020–22) following two years based in the Dominican Republic as their Minor League strength and conditioning coach (2018–20).
From 2016 to 2018, Wiebe was a graduate assistant with the football and Olympic sports programs at the University of Missouri.
With 10 years of experience in high-performance strength and conditioning, Wiebe has designed and implemented successful training systems for elite-level athletes across multiple sports. She specializes in guiding athletes through the early stages of their professional careers, emphasizing long-term athletic development.
Wiebe earned her Master of Science in Performance Coaching from Setanta College (Ireland), a Master of Education in Positive Coaching and Psychology from the University of Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University, where she competed as a scholarship athlete on the women’s basketball team.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds the RSCC*D designation through the NSCA. A native of Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, Wiebe brings a global perspective and passion for athlete development to the Ducks.
