Opened the season rushing for over 150 yards against Southern Utah (150), Nebraska (153), and Wyoming (157) ... 2016 — Finished the season as the team's leading rusher, recording nine touchdowns for 945 rushing yards, despite not playing against Colorado and less than full strength in several others . . . Started at running back in 10 games while adding a 10th score with a 1-yard catch in Salt Lake City . . . Remains only nine rushing touchdowns shy from becoming Oregon's all-time leader in career rushing touchdowns (44) and 936 yards away from equaling the Ducks all-time rushing record (4,146 yards) . . . The honorable mention all-conference standout eclipsed the 100-yard plateau five times, including his last three games of the year vs. Stanford, Utah and Oregon State, with his 22nd career effort over the century mark placing him second in Oregon history . . . Added a second 200-yard performance of his collegiate tenure with 207 yards against Virginia on a season-high 21 carries . . . Ran for three touchdowns at Washington State and scored a pair of TDs on two additional occasions . . . Included was a career-long 85-yard score in the second game of the year against Virginia . . . 2015 — The second-team All-American (Football Writers Association of America) and Pac-12 Conference rushing runner-up (141.2 avg.) broke LaMichael James' single-season school rushing record with 1,836 yards, posting the Ducks' highest per-game average since James' 150.4 yards in 2011 . . . Ranked fourth in the country in rushing in addition to becoming the only FBS player nationally to accumulate more than 100 yards from scrimmage in every game . . . He led the country with 36 runs of 15 yards or more and has rushed for more yards over the past two years (3,201) than any other Power 5 player in the country . . . The first-team all-league standout eclipsed school standards by rushing for 100 yards or more in nine consecutive games to finish the season over the century mark 11 times in 13 outings . . . Led the league in total touchdowns scored (19) and rushing TDs (17) while tying for 12th in the country in both categories . . . Voted the Ducks' Most Outstanding Offensive Player by his teammates, he ran for a collegiate-best 246 yards (9.1-yard avg.) and two touchdowns in a setback against Washington State - the top rushing effort in the Pac-12 this season . . . His output came one week after picking up 163 yards on the ground in a win at Colorado, marking his best consecutive-game totals of the year . . . Also caught three passes for 46 yards and a third score vs. the Cougars . . . Scored touchdowns in 11 of 13 appearances, with his season-high three TDs against Eastern Washington, Washington State, and TCU falling one shy of his Oregon-best four scores his freshman year vs. Washington . . . Began the year running for 180 yards while averaging 8.6 yards per carry in the season-opening win over Eastern Washington . . . Accounted for 105 rushing yards and two of his scores in the first half . . . Added 92 yards and one score on 24 carries at Michigan State as well as equaled his collegiate best with three receptions (34 yards) against the Spartans - a feat he would duplicate four more times as a sophomore . . . 2014 — The Pac-12 Conference's Freshman Offensive Player of the Year (coaches) and first-team all-league choice (Athlon's, Phil Steele Magazine) led Oregon's rushing attack (91.0 avg.), climbing to fifth in the conference in rushing while averaging 7.6 points and 101.5 all-purpose yards per outing . . . The 2014 Freshman All-American scored 18 touchdowns and tallied 1,523 all-purpose yards . . . Led the Pac-12 in touchdowns scored (tied for 12th nationally in rushing touchdowns). . . Rumbled into the end zone twice to help secure a Rose Bowl victory over Florida State . . . Put together six 100-yard rushing efforts against UCLA (121 yards), Washington (169 yards), California (112), Colorado (105), Oregon State (135), and Arizona (114, Pac-12 Championships), in addition to falling two rushing yards shy of eclipsing the century mark vs. Stanford and one yard short at Utah . . . Hauled in a season-best three receptions for 52 yards to help lead the Ducks to a victory over the Cardinal . . . Ran for 89 yards (6.8 avg.) against Michigan State in addition to catching two passes for 22 yards . . . Accounted for a quartet of scores on the ground vs. the Huskies after running for a pair of TDs vs. the Spartans, South Dakota and UCLA . . . Logged two or more rushing touchdowns in seven outings . . . Leading the Ducks in rushing on 10 of 15 occasions, added 75 yards in his first collegiate start at Washington State before rebounding the following week with 85 yards against Arizona . . . Capped his longest run of the year (38 yards) in the end zone vs. Michigan State and added a 37-yard scoring run against the Huskies . . . Threw his first TD pass as a collegian (26 yards to Marcus Mariota) vs. the visitors from Tucson . . . Was the recipient of the school's Casanova Award following the season as Oregon's top first-year standout . . . The freshman sensation drew comparisons to some of Oregon's past all-time greats and became the program's first true freshman 1,000-yard rusher in school history - and the top true freshman rusher in conference history.
