No. 5 Oregon enters the weekend at 15-2 overall with a 5-1 mark in Pac-12 play.
EUGENE, Ore. – The fifth-ranked Oregon volleyball team is back at Matthew Knight Arena for the start of a four-match home stand beginning Friday against Arizona at 7 p.m. The Ducks' weekend also features a top-20 matchup Sunday with No. 19 Arizona State. Both matches will air on the Pac-12 Networks.

Series Info vs Arizona
Oregon has won five in a row against Arizona, the program's longest streak in the all-time series. The Ducks are also 7-4 in the series under head coach Matt Ulmer. Senior Gabby Gonzales celebrated her Oct. 5 birthday with a .380 hitting percentage during last weekend's mountain road trip at Colorado and Utah. She had a pair of double-doubles while averaging 3.43 kills per set and 3.00 digs per set in two UO victories.
Almost Perfect
In the Ducks' straight-set win at Colorado (Oct. 6), senior Kara McGhee put down 10 kills on 11 errorless swings, resulting in a .909 hitting percentage. That marks the second highest in UO history for a player with at least 10 attacks, trailing only a .917 performance by Serena Warner (11-0-12) against Washington State in 2014.
A New Career High
Senior opposite Morgan Lewis set a career high with eight blocks in the Ducks' straight-set win at Colorado (Oct. 6). She owned a previous best of seven blocks at UCLA earlier this season. Lewis has also tallied a single-season best with 59 blocks so far in 2023.
In the Polls
Oregon holds steady at No. 5 in the AVCA coaches' poll for a second-consecutive week. Sunday's match (#5 vs #19) is the Ducks' sixth match of the year against a ranked team. Oregon also checks in at No. 8 in this week's RPI release.
