No. 25 Oregon makes its first conference road trip of the season, visiting Utah Friday through Sunday. All three games will be available on Pac-12 Live Stream.
DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS
Oregon ranks third nationally and leads the Pac-12 in fielding percentage (.985). The Ducks have committed just nine errors on the season - fewest in the conference,
PAC-12 LEADERBOARD
Kai Luschar continues to post some remarkable numbers. The Ducks' lead-off batter leads the Pac-12 in stolen bases (16), is second in batting average (.474) and on base percentage (.534) and is third in hits (37). Ariel Carlson is third in the league in slugging percentage (.738).

18 - The Ducks have held their opponents to three earned runs or less 18 times in 23 games this season.
31 - Oregon has issued just 31 walks - the fewest free passes in the Pac-12 - in 23 games this season.

DUCKS RALLY TO TAKE CAL SERIES
After dropping game one to Cal, 11-5, the Ducks rallied to capture the first Pac-12 series of the season by winning the second game, 4-3, in nine innings and taking the series finale, 5-2. Vallery Wong hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth to win game two, while Eilse Sokolsky and Morgan Scott combined to limit Cal to a pair of runs in the third game. Ariel Carlson hit .400 with two home runs and three RBI in the series.
THREE HURLERS THROW NO-HITTER
Three Oregon pitchers combined to throw the 38th no-hitter in program history Feb. 29 versus Mount St. Mary's. Stevie Hansen struck out six in the first three innings. Taylour Spencer walked a couple of batters in the fourth inning, but closed out the frame with a double play. Reagan Breedlove, making her first appearance since Feb. 9, retired the side in order on 11 pitches in the top of the fifth to end the game via the run rule.
ELITE LEVEL DEFENSE
A hallmark of coach Melyssa Lombardi's program, Oregon is again one of the best defensive teams in the nation. The Ducks are third nationally and lead the Pac-12 and in fielding percentage (.985). Two years ago (2022), Oregon led the Pac-12 and ranked 10th nationally with a .977 fielding percentage. That mark tied the program record set the year before (2021).
GLOVE WORK
Oregon committed two errors in the season opener against Maryland. And hasn't committed more than one error in a game since - a streak of 22 consecutive games. That stretch includes 15 error-free games and seven single-error games.
TOP OF THE PAC
Oregon has walked the fewest batters in the Pac-12 this season - 31 - and ranks second in the conference in strikeout-to-walk ratio (2.94-to-1).
LUSCHAR PACING PAC-12
Kai Luschar leads the Pac-12 in steals (16), is second in average (.474) and on-base percentage (.534), and is third in hits (37). Nationally, she's eighth in steals, 10th in hits and 19th in batting average. She also one of the toughest batters to strike out - going nearly 20 plate appearances (19.4) between strikeouts.
LUSCHAR MATCHES STEALS MARK
Kai Luschar tied the program record with four steals Feb. 29 versus Mount St. Mary's. Luschar is the fourth player in program history with four steals in a game, joining Marnie McCall (1991), Suzie Barnes (2001) and Neena Bryant (2009).
CARLSON RAKING IN RBIs
Ariel Carlson had a 10-RBI weekend to open the season (NFCA Leadoff Classic) and then drove in another nine runs at the Mary Nutter Classic, including a six-RBI game versus Long Beach State with a grand slam. She's fourth in the Pac-12 with 25 RBI on the season.
