EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- Ike Diogu had 23 points and 12 rebounds to lead Arizona State to an 86-75 win over Oregon on Saturday.
Jamal Hill had 18 points and Kevin Kruger added 17 for the Sun Devils (10-14 overall, 4-11 Pacific-10 Conference), who hit 14-of-20 free throws in the final 2:09.
Serge Angounou had a career-high 12 points for Arizona State.
Luke Jackson had 16 points and 10 assists and James Davis added 18 points for Oregon (12-9, 7-7), which has lost three straight home games for the first time since the 2000-01 season.
Arizona State led by as many as 14 in the second half before the Ducks used a 13-3 run to tie the game at 62-62. Freshman Mitch Platt capped the Oregon run with a monstrous one-handed putback dunk after a Jackson miss with 7:14 to play.
Diogu put the Sun Devils back on top for good as he converted a three-point play with 5:36 left. Following a timeout, Oregon was issued a technical foul for sending six players on the floor with 2:09 left.
Hill hit the two free throws to push the ASU lead to 73-64.
Despite a slow start, Arizona State led 42-34 at halftime.
Andre Joseph and Jackson hit back-to-back-to-back 3-pointers to give Oregon 9-2 lead. Kruger hit two 3-pointers in a 15-7 run that gave the Sun Devils their first lead at 17-16. After that, the teams exchanged the lead four times in the first half before the Sun Devils took a 10-point lead on a Hill 3-pointer with 1:01 left in the half.
