“They were competing. We had a slow start and it makes it hard on defense and offense. We have to help each other. We have to get better this week at practice. We harped all week on starting fast and it's frustrating when we don't.”
On moving forward:
“We'll watch film and learn. There are going to be injuries and we pray they get better. We're all Cougs, we're all on this team, and we've all got to be ready to step up at any given time.
