On how he takes the last two games…
“Well, I just see we have a long way to go. Effort wasn't bad and the first half of activity wasn't as good as it was the second half.”
“Our ball movement still has got to improve. We're not getting the ball where it needs to be a number of times, but we got a lot of new guys out there. We've got a lot of things to sure up in three practices.”
“We don't have much time, the sense of urgency needs to improve real quickly.”
On what they need to work on…
“Well, we need to work on everything. There's not one phase of the game that is progressing like a coach would hope it would.”
“Our execution defensively needs to really improve. We haven't faced a lot of presses and I think teams are going to press a little bit more. We haven't pressed at all and we need a lot of work on that. There are a lot of things, these three practices have to be really focused.”
On starting line up…
“I'm not sure what we'll do. We've started the same group the last couple of games, but I don't know what we'll do on Friday night.”
On defense…
“Our team defense isn't what it needs to be. I like some of the individual pressure that we're putting on the ball at times.”
“Our team defense isn't nearly what it needs to be, but I like our activity. We've got to use our length and a little bit of our quickness and I thought guys were trying to do that. But we've got to do it for longer periods of time and be more consistent with it.”

On what needs to be done in practice this coming week…
“He (Coach Altman) has been talking about it a little bit, we just need to have a sense of urgency knowing that it's the real deal now. We have some really tough games coming up against some really good opponents. We just have to get back to practice, watch film and see what we have to do better.”
On what needs to be done to be a better rebounding team
“Just focus a lot on boxing out. We know we're not always going to be the biggest team, Obviously we have a lot of length, but when we play bigger teams we have to focus on boxing out and going and getting the ball.”
On offensive execution…
“I think that we definitely have a ways to go, but it's early. I think that we just have to continue to focus on getting better; at the end of the day it's a team effort. We just have to come in and work at it as a team.”

On performance by Chris Boucher…
“He does this everyday in practice, so just to see it translate into the game and see how much fun he is having doing it is great for me. It's a little special for me, being from a JC, I know what he's been through so I'm just happy that he is doing well right now.”
