01/24/16 | Women's Basketball
EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon women's basketball team will look to get a sweep on the mountain road trip when the Ducks visit Utah on Sunday.
Oregon and Utah will tip at 1 PM PT with a free live stream and radio coverage available.
OREGON BREAKDOWN (13-5 2-5 Pac-12)
FG%: 47.4 | 3FG%: 40.5 | FT%: 63.9 | PPG: 76.1
Notable: Oregon went 11-0 in non-conference play, including a road win at North Carolina to start the season, but struggled to an 0-5 start to Pac-12 play. UO owned halftime leads in four of those five losses. The Ducks broke through, however, with a win over California last Sunday and won again, 59-46, at Colorado on Friday. Jillian Alleyne became the Pac-12's all-time rebound leader in the victory over California, breaking Chiney Ogwumike's mark. Alleyne needs one more double-double for 85 in her career, which will match the current Pac-12 record owned by Ogwumike.
UTAH BREAKDOWN (12-6, 4-3 Pac-12)
FG%: 42.9 | 3FG%: 32.3 | FT%: 72.9 | PPG: 69.3
Utah Series Record: UO leads, 11-9, overall but trails, 2-7, in Salt Lake City. UO is 2-4 against Utah in Pac-12 games.
Last Meeting: Utah point guard Danielle Rodriguez hit a game-winning bucket with two seconds left and the Ducks lost, 66-64, on Feb. 20, 2015 at the Huntsman Center.
Notable: Utah went on a 15-0 run in the fourth quarter against OSU on Friday, but the Utes' comeback came up short in a 62-53 loss. Utah is undefeated (7-0) when leading at halftime and undefeated (6-0) in games decided by five points or less, including wins over UW, Cal and Arizona.

- Alleyne's 29 double-doubles as a junior set both the UO and Pac-12 single-season records.
- Until posting six rebounds in a loss at Oregon State on Jan. 8, Alleyne had a double-double in 29 straight games, breaking her own Pac-12 and UO record of 21 straight games. It is the third longest career streak in NCAA history, behind Oklahoma's Courtney Paris (112) and Robert Morris' Artemis Spanou (33).
- Alleyne ranks fifth all-time at Oregon with 1,953 points scored. Alison Lang holds the UO record with 2,252. Alleyne is 17 points behind Stefanie Kasperski for third all-time in the UO record books.
ACTIVE LEADER

COMING BACK HOME
Head coach Kelly Graves was born in Idaho but was raised in Utah. He went to Davis HS north of Salt Lake City for his first year of high school before moving to St. George, Utah, where he graduated from Dixie HS. Graves was a first team all-state selection as a senior at Dixie HS in 1981 prior to playing at New Mexico. Graves' dad, Joseph, was a Utah graduate. Father and son rarely missed a Utah men's basketball game and Kelly was also an usher at the Huntsman Center for a time until the family moved to St. George.

Utah's Kalee Whipple hit a three-pointer with two seconds left to tie it up in regulation after the Ducks led, 73-58, with six minutes left. Nia Jackson, Jasmin Holliday and Nicole Canepa all fouled out in the game for the Ducks.
UTAH/COLORADO WEEKEND
The last time the Ducks swept a weekend against Colorado and Utah was in 2011-12 at home, when Oregon won 72-67 over Utah on Feb. 2 and 67-62 against Colorado on Feb. 4.
PAC-12 ROAD WEEKEND
The last time the Ducks swept a road weekend in Pac-12 play was in 2008-09. Oregon won, 75-55, at Washington on Jan. 15 before taking down Washington State, 57-41, on Jan. 17.
PETERSEN'S STRONG SENIOR YEAR
- Lexi Petersen became the 27th player in UO history to reach 1,000 career points when the Ducks defeated Cal on Jan. 17, 2016. She needed seven points to reach the milestone coming into the game and ended up finishing the victory with 12 points.
- Petersen is averaging a career-best 13.4 points per game, besting her previous high of 11.1 points per game set last year as a junior.
- Also impressive is how much Petersen's shooting has improved. A career 39.5 percent shooter, Petersen is shooting 47.0 percent from the floor this season, which ranks ninth in the Pac-12. Her shooting percentage ranks second in the Pac-12 among guards, behind only OSU's Jamie Weisner.
CAZORLA MAKING IMMEDIATE IMPACT
- Maite Cazorla started in her first career game, a victory at then-No. 22 North Carolina, and has shined since.

THREE-POINT THREATS

- Despite being just a freshman last season, guard Lexi Bando led the Pac-12 in three-point field goal percentage. The Eugene native shot 40 percent (55-of-125) from long range last year, the fifth-best percentage in UO single-season history. She is shooting even better so far this season, 43.5 percent, which ranks third in the Pac-12 and 22nd in the NCAA.
- Senior Lexi Petersen is ninth in the Pac-12, shooting 39.5 percent from beyond the arc.
