From Coach Shaw: “I was really proud of our team today. It was a strong start to our season, but the exciting part is that we have a lot of room for improvement. We had 13 out of 28 athletes we traveled who had never competed for the University of Oregon before today. This was a great starting point, but we are excited to see how far we can go this season as we gain a little more confidence each meet.”
Up Next: The Ducks return home to Eugene when they host No. 3 Hawaii Pacific next Saturday at 6 p.m. at Matthew Knight Arena.
