Oregon to Play in 2018 2K Classic

Ducks will join Connecticut, Iowa and Syracuse
PRINCETON, N.J. - Oregon has been invited to participate in the 24th annual 2K Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project (@2kclassic), which returns to Madison Square Garden Nov. 15-16.
Joining the Ducks in the Championship Rounds will be Connecticut, Iowa and Syracuse. Pairings will be announced at a later date.
Oregon could potentially face UConn for the third straight year in a non-conference event. The Ducks defeated the Huskies at the 2016 Maui Invitational and fell to UConn at the 2017 PK80 Invitational.
In addition to playing in the Championship Rounds presented by Continental Tire at the World's Most Famous Arena, the Ducks will also host a pair of regional round games on campus. Oregon will face two of the following: Eastern Washington, Green Bay, Morehead State and UMKC.Â
Tickets for the 2K Classic Championship Rounds presented by Continental Tire go on sale Wednesday and may be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 866-448-7849 or through Ticketmaster.com.Â

With the mission to honor and empower Wounded Warriors, WWP is the hand extended to encourage warriors as they adjust to their new normal and achieve new triumphs.
