Phil Knight Invitational Brackets Announced

EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon will open play at the Phil Knight Invitational in Portland with a Thanksgiving Day matchup against North Carolina on Nov. 24 in the Chiles Center. The Ducks will then take on either Iowa State or Michigan State on Sunday, Nov. 27.
The opening round matchup with the Tar Heels will tip off at 2 p.m. on ESPNU, while the championship game will be on Nov. 27 at 4:30 p.m. on ESPN2 at the Moda Center. The third place game is set for Nov. 27 at 10 a.m. in Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Ducks and Tar Heels have split their two all-time meetings, with Oregon taking the last game between the two schools in 2016-17 in Chapel Hill. North Carolina knocked off the Ducks in Eugene in the first meeting in 2014-15. Oregon is also 2-1 all-time against Michigan State and 1-2 against Iowa State.
