The season-opening UW Indoor Preview begins Saturday at 8:20 a.m. (PT) with the opening sections of the 3,000 meters. For the Ducks, the field events start at 9 a.m. with the women's high jump and triple jump. Competition is scheduled to conclude with the 4x400-meter relays, set for a 4:10 p.m. start.
Having begun with the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in early December, the team's indoor slate features seven meets including the NCAA Championships (March 8-9) in Boston. Following this weekend's UW meet, Oregon closes out the month with a Jan. 26-27 trip to Fayetteville, Ark., for the Razorback Invitational.
Members of the team will get an early look at the TRACK at new balance, site of the NCAA meet, at the Eagle Elite Invitational (Feb. 9-10) in Boston. That same weekend, the Ducks will also take on the Don Kirby Invitational in Albuquerque. Oregon's final meet before the postseason will be the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invite (Feb. 23-24) in Seattle.
The Ducks' first of two regular-season home meets is the UO Preview (March 22-23) which will double as the team's outdoor opener. The team will bookend its regular season with the Oregon Twilight, set for May 3 on its home track.
The outdoor schedule will feature familiar trips to Stanford for the Stanford Invitational (March 29-30) and Payton Jordan Invitational (April 26). The latter weekend also includes the OSU High Performance meet in Corvallis and the Desert Heat Classic in Tucson, Ariz.
The team's April calendar will also feature a split weekend between the Bryan Clay Invitational and Beach Invitational, followed by a trip to the Mt. SAC Relays (April 19-20) in Walnut, Calif.
The 2024 postseason begins at the Pac-12 Championships (May 10-12) in Boulder, Colo., a first-time host for the conference meet. Based on its regional qualifiers, the Ducks will make a return trip to Arkansas for the NCAA West Preliminary (May 22-25) where to top 12 in each event advance to the NCAA Championships in Eugene.
