Football Practice Report: Nov. 5
11/05/24 | Football
The Ducks are preparing to host Maryland on Saturday.
The Oregon football team was in full pads for practice Tuesday, with the Ducks working out on their outdoor practice fields.
The top-ranked Ducks are preparing to host Maryland this Saturday in Autzen Stadium.
Following Tuesday's practice, local media met with defensive lineman Jordan Burch, tight end Terrance Ferguson and cornerback Jabbar Muhammad. Video of those interviews is embedded below.
Some highlights from the players …
Burch on missing three games before returning last week: "I was a little sad, you know, but I knew my guys have my back. The way they practice and the way they prepare for the game, I really didn't have any worries about what was gonna happen."
Ferguson on watching his fellow tight ends while missing two games: "It was amazing. They did a great job. I was proud of the guys — Kenyon (Sadiq) and Pat (Herbert) played really well. It's nice when the guys right behind you are good players, and there's no drop off. So it was really cool to watch them play."
Muhammad on his level of play despite not begin targeted often: "I thought I've been playing well, trying to make what's most of the targets that come to me. Obviously you're going to get 'got' sometimes, but like I said, trying to make most of the targets that come to me, trying to make plays."
