MORAGA, Calif. – The 59th-ranked Oregon women's tennis team earned its second straight road win Saturday, as the Ducks defeated Saint Mary's 4-2 at Timothy Korth Tennis Complex.
The Ducks (7-2) won the doubles point and three singles matches to claim their second win of the weekend.

The teams split the first two matches, with Patsy Daughters and Candela Aparisi cruising on court three, 6-0. For the second straight day, Bridget Mihulka and Karin Young were victorious at No. 2, this time wining 6-3 to seal the doubles point.

The Gaels evened the match with a straight-set victory at No. 6, and Young responded with a 6-3, 6-3 win on court two to push the Ducks in front 2-1. Young picked up her second win of the weekend, both coming in straight sets.
Minutes later, the match was tied again with Saint Mary's win at No. 1, but Daughters broke the tie once again with a 7-5, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles. The freshman collected her team-leading seventh singles win of the spring, improving to 7-2 with her second win of the weekend.
Needing one more team point for victory, the final two singles matches went into a third set. Tilde Jagare bounced back from a first-set loss to force a third with a 6-0 win in the second at No. 3. Aparisi dropped the first set 6-0, but won the second in a tiebreaker.
