Beavers, Bruins Up Next for Duck Softball

THIS WEEK
The week starts with the rubber game of the Rivalry Series Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Oregon State. The Beavers won game one, 5-2, on March 8, while the Ducks took the second game, 9-1, on April 2. Then No. 5 Oregon and No. 6 UCLA - both 12-1 in conference play - will play a three-game series at Jane Sanders Stadium beginning Friday with the winner gaining the inside track to the 2025 Big Ten regular season title.
TWO STOLEN BASE RECORDS FALL
Two program season stolen base records have fallen this season. The Ducks now have 139 steals as a team (previous record: 126, 2007). Kai Luschar now has 45 stolen bases (previous record: 41 by Suzie Barnes, 2007).
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
38 - Oregon's 38-4 record is the program's best ever through 42 games.
10 - Ten regular hitters in the lineup come into the week hitting .300 or better.
3.41 - Lyndsey Grein gives up the fewest hits per 7 innings pitched in the nation - 3.41.
45 - Kai Luschar retook the national lead in stolen bases with 45.
1.89 - Oregon leads the Big Ten and is fourth nationally in ERA (1.89).
13 - Both Stefini Ma'ake and Rylee McCoy have 13 HRs, The freshman record is 14.

During the Minnesota trip, Kai Luschar retook the national lead in steals with 45. As a team, the Ducks are third nationally (139).

The Ducks are 11th nationally in home runs with 64 and 11th nationally in RBI (304).
LEADERS OF THE PACK
The Ducks rank in the Big Ten's top five in 11 different offensive categories. Oregon is pacing the league in steals, steals per game and sacrifice flies. The Ducks are third in batting average and walks and fourth in home runs, on-base percentage, RBI and scoring.
SISTER ACT
Starting outfielders Kai Luschar (LF) and Kedre Luschar (CF) have combined for 106 hits, 79 runs and 67 stolen bases. Kedre leads the team in doubles (13) and batting average (.474). Kai leads the Big Ten with a program-record 45 steals. Both are seniors, though Kai, a fifth-year senior, is a year older.

Paige Sinicki has started 171 consecutive games at shortstop for the Ducks.
