INDIANAPOLIS - Nine members of the 2025 Oregon football team earned invitations to the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine, and the Ducks put on a show over the weekend at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Eight of the nine invited Ducks took part in workouts or drills in Indianapolis as they prepare for 2026 NFL Draft, set for April 23-25 in Pittsburgh.
Tight end Kenyon Sadiq made history with his elite combination of size and speed. Measuring in at 6-foot-3 and 241 pounds, Sadiq officially ran the fastest 40-yard dash ever by a tight end at the NFL Combine with a blazing time of 4.39 seconds. He also ranked second among this year's tight ends in the vertical jump (43.50"), broad jump (11'1") and the bench press (26).
Safety Dillon Thieneman made headlines as well, ranking fourth at his position with an impressive time of 4.35 seconds in the 40-yard dash. His vertical jump of 41.00" ranked second among all safeties, and he led his position with 18 reps on the bench press.
Wide receiver Malik Benson joined Sadiq and Thieneman in the sub-4.4 second club in the 40-yard dash, clocking in with an impressive time of 4.37 seconds.
Running back Noah Whittington did not take part in most workouts or position drills, but he did put up 24 reps on the bench press to rank second among all running backs. Inside linebacker Bryce Boettcher and defensive back Jadon Canady participated in position drills but did not take part in workouts.
Offensive linemen Emmanuel Pregnon and Alex Harkey were the final Ducks to take the field on Sunday. Both players participated in position drills while Pregnon did multiple workouts, tying for second among offensive linemen with a 35.00" vertical jump. Offensive lineman Isaiah World did not end up attending the NFL Combine as he recovers from injury.
