Ducks Fall at Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. — Oregon dropped a 4-0 decision to Wisconsin at Nielsen Tennis Stadium, with the Ducks unable to recover after conceding the doubles point.
Oregon's Matthew Burton and Pierre Mouesca provided the lone doubles win for the Ducks, defeating Wisconsin's Oliver Olsson and Tomas Zlatohlavek. Wisconsin, however, claimed the other two doubles matches to secure the early 1-0 lead.
In singles play, Oregon struggled to find momentum as Wisconsin clinched the match with three straight-set victories. Ferdinand Kloesters defeated Oregon's Sam Olszakowski, while Tomas Zlatohlavek topped Lachlan Robertson and Sachiv Kumar beat Russell Soohoo.
Three singles matches featuring Oregon players Vlad Breazu, Pierre Mouesca and Matthew Burton were left unfinished after Wisconsin secured the team victory.
