2005 ? Boskovich’s offense carried the Ducks’ in their final weekend of Pac-10 play as she hit two home runs to drive in three runs and lead the Ducks to a 3-0 victory over then-No. 12 UCLA in Easton Stadium, marking the first time in school history that Oregon has swept the Bruins. She then scored a run the following day in the Ducks’ 3-0 win at Washington and led the team with nine home runs. Brought her offensive power to the postseason, going 1-for-1 with three RBI, a home run and a walk in the opener vs. Louisiana-Lafayette. Boskovich now stands ninth all-time on the UO home runs list with 19 and is also fourth all-time in walks drawn (85). Drew a team-high 30 walks in 2005, including five in the postseason and the marks stands as the sixth-most in a single season.. Hit her first home run of the season in a 5-0 win over Jacksonville Feb. 5 and her next was in a 4-3 win over Drake. Began the season as the Ducks’ starting first baseman, making 35 starts there before taking over duties at third base (16 games) and also started three games as the designated player. On several occassions was Oregon’s most consistent offensive player, going 5-for-8 (.625) with four RBI, two runs scored two doubles and a home run the weekend of Mar. 3-5. In the Ducks’ trip to the desert, Boskovich was 4-for-9 with two RBI and a double in games vs. Arizona State and Arizona. She later went 4-for-8 with five RBI, two home runs and three runs scored in games vs. Stanford Apr. 16 and 17 Perhaps the biggest surprise was her emergence on the base paths as she stole a career-best 12 stolen bases, which was tied for second on the team. Earned honorable mention all-Pac-10 honors.
2004 ?
*2004 Second Team All-Region
*2004 Honorable Mention All-Pac-10
*2004 NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team
Began her career at Oregon playing in the outfield, but in 2004 Boskovich made the switch to the infield, starting 26 games at first base, six at third base and another 31 as the designated player. After a freshman season in which she led all newcomers in every offensive category, Boskovich wasted little time continuing her role as one of Oregon’s better offensive players, hitting a grand slam in the Ducks’ first game of the season against then-No. 7 Georgia. With Oregon trailing 5-2 in the season-opener, Boskovich’s first-career slam came with two outs in the fifth inning and tied the game, giving the Ducks a chance to defeat Georgia for the second time in as many seasons. The Bulldogs went on to win, but it was a career day for Boskovich as she had a career-best four RBI (which she later tied vs. South Florida in the NCAA Tournament). Boskovich’s clutch home run became her signature as five of her six home runs came with runners on base and four were with two outs. Oregon was 4-2 in games that Boskovich hit a home run. In Oregon’s second tournament of the season, Boskovich’s offense continued to shine as she scored five runs and accounted for five RBI after hitting two home runs in the five game tournament. On Feb. 28, Boskovich went 2-for-4 with three runs scored, two RBI and a home run to begin a seven-game hit streak in which she saw her average soar to .312. Included in that streak were six RBI, a double, a triple and a home run ? not to mention a .440 average (11-for-25). As the Ducks entered Pac-10 play, Boskovich’s hot-hitting continued as she opened conference play by going 1-for-2 with two runs scored. The following weekend when Oregon went 2-1 vs. the Bay Area schools, Boskovich hit 5-for-9 (.555), including a 2-for-4 performance against then-No. 3 Cal that led to a 4-0 Oregon win ? its first in Berkeley in four years. Boskovich followed that trip with an impressive trip to Corvallis in which she hit 2-for-6 with a run scored an an RBI and after three weeks of conference play, the sophomore was hitting .470 vs. Pac-10 opponents and had scored five of the Ducks’ 21 runs. When Oregon picked up another monumental win ? a 4-3 victory over eventual national champions UCLA ? Boskovich’s production was key as she finished the game 1-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI double. When the Ducks headed to the postseason for the second consecutive year, Boskovich helped guide Oregon back to the regional championship game, scoring six of Oregon’s 20 postseason runs while driving in four runs.
2003 ? Was the Ducks’ most productive freshman from an offensive standpoint and finished fourth on the team behind three seniors with a .278 average. Was also second on the team with eight doubles ? three of which came in Pac-10 games. Had a stretch of five games early in the season in which she had at least one hit and had two hits in three of those contests going 8-for-17 (.471) with two doubles, a home run and three RBI in a two week span. Always a key factor in Oregon’s offense, Boskovich led the Ducks by going 2-for-3 with a run scored in a 3-1 win over then-No. 9 Florida State. The following weekend, Boskovich was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in the Ducks’ eight-inning win over No. 4 Michigan. The 52-game starter didn’t falter as the season progressed and put up impressive numbers during conference play. Drove in the winning run in Oregon’s 6-5 win over Washington in Seattle May 4 after going 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored the day before. Hit her first career home run vs. Northridge Feb. 15 and her second vs. Texas San-Antonio Feb. 23. Added two more during the season and wrapped up the regular seaon with a six game hitting streak and extended that streak to eight games with one hit in Oregon’s first two postseason games. Was third overall at the Fullerton regional site with five runs scored.
