2017 – Earned first career interception at Wyoming finishing the game with a season high four tackles ... Recorded two tackles in the season opener against Southern Utah ... Logged one tackle at Arizona State before sitting out the rest of the game due to injury.
2016 – Enrolled at Oregon for the start of the winter term in order to get a jump on off-season workouts and preparations for spring practice . . . Improved play as the spring wore on and provides the physical skills conducive to the program's revamped defensive philosophy . . . Contributed five tackles in the 2016 Spring Game . . . BEFORE OREGON – The PrepStar JC All-American and nation’s top-ranked junior college inside linebacker (247Sports) accumulated 99 tackles his sophomore season, including 5.5 TFLs, and recovered one fumble for the Tigers, who finished 2015 with an 8-3 record . . . Led his team in tackles on eight of 11 occasions for the North Central League co-champions and tallied in double figures in six games, including a season-high 13 tackles (10 unassisted) vs. Mt. San Antonio, and finished with 12 tackles in three additional appearances . . . Also was named to the Southern California Football Association’s first team his sophomore season as well as was the lone all-league unanimous choice on defense . . . Posted 101 tackles his freshman year as the SCFA’s defensive player of the year contributed nine tackles-for-loss, two quarterback sacks, returned one interception for a touchdown, and forced one fumble . . . A teammate of 2015 Oregon signee Jonah Moi for the 2014 season at RCC . . . Earned first-team all-state accolades (The Oregonian) for a Tigard High School contingent that advanced to the 2013 state 6A semifinals his senior year in addition to receiving second-team all-state recognition as a fullback and defensive lineman as a junior . . . Despite initiating football career in 2012 as a prep junior, received first-team all-league attention on both sides of the football during first season.
