2024-25: Indoor – Established personal bests of 4:00.02 in the mile at the Razorback Invite and 7:55.21 in the 3,000 meters at the Tyson Invitational … finished 14th overall in the 3,000 (8:04.94) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships. Outdoor – Big Ten runner-up (10,000 meters – 29:24.65) at Hayward Field … became the No. 6 performer in program history with lifetime best of 28:21.32 at the Stanford Invitational … NCAA West First Round qualifier in the 10K … established an outdoor 5,000 best of 14:04.63 at the Oregon Team Invitational.
2022-23: Competed unattached at the Oregon Twilight, running 14:00.26 to win the 5,000 meters at Hayward Field…posted a time of 3:54.96 for 1500 meters at the Portland Track Festival in June…took third in the 10,000 meters (32:43.76) at the USATF U20 Championships in Eugene.
Before Oregon: 2022 Nike Outdoor Nationals champion in the 4xMile relay; also finished third in the DMR…finished fourth and sixth at 1500 and 3,000 meters, respectively, as a senior at the Oregon 6A State Championships; 10th and seventh the year before…2021 6A-1 PIL champion (4x400m); league runner-up at 3,000 meters and in the relay in 2022…established prep bests of 3:50.46 for the 1500 meters, 4:06.78 in the mile and 8:14.56 over 3,000 meters.
