2023-24: Indoor – helped the 4x400 relay to a win at the UW Indoor Preview … posted back-to-back lifetime bests for 400 meters of 54.91 at the Don Kirby Invitational and 54.43 at the Ken Shannon Last Chance in Seattle … finished ninth at the UW regular-season finale. Outdoor – established a personal best of 54.06 in the 400 meters, finished 11th at the Mt. SAC Relays … season-high sixth place at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (55.66) in early April … ran 54.11 at the Pac-12 Championships, good for 11th place in the prelims.
Before Oregon: 2022 OSAA 6A state runner-up at 400 meters…established a prep best of 55.99 in the second-place performance…also finished fifth at 200 meters (24.58) at the 2022 state meet…posted a best of 24.46 (-0.2) in the semifinals of the 200 at the 2022 USATF National Junior Olympics; finished sixth with a time of 24.84 (-0.6) in the final…helped Inner Circle Track Club to second place in 4x100 at the meet…also owns top-10 Oregon state finishes in the 4x100 (2022) and 4x400 (2023) relays…ran a season-best time of 56.99 in the semifinals of the 400 at the 2023 USATF National Junior Olympics.
