Haley Stangle was announced as the program's director of operations on April 24, 2025, by head coach Trent Kersten.
Stangle comes to Eugene after serving as the director of volleyball operations at Virginia Tech in 2024. Along with her day-to-day duties, she was responsible for managing the program’s budget and travel. Stangle spent the previous two years at Arkansas as a graduate assistant for volleyball operations.
The Boerne, Texas, native has a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Texas Tech and earned a master’s degree in recreation and sports management from Arkansas. Stangle also has experience as a marketing and communications intern at Texas A&M.
