NORMAN, Okla. ? Two years after Louisiana-Lafayette dashed the University of Oregon softball team's hopes of a berth in the Women's College World series, freshman pitcher Alicia Cook helped the Ducks get revenge, giving up just one hit to lead Oregon to a 3-1 win over the Ragin' Cajuns Saturday evening. The win sets up a meeting with top-seeded Oklahoma Sunday at 11 a.m. PDT.
Cook got help from sophomore Kayleen Hudson, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI in the game after going 1-for-1 with an RBI and a run scored vs. Wichita State earlier in the day. Senior catcher Ashley Richards drove in Oregon's other run of the game.
Oregon's offense got going early against the Ragin' Cajuns in the second game of the day as freshman Lovena Chaput led off the game with a single to right field. ULL starter Ashley Kirchberg then walked Kristi Leiter and Beth Boskovich to load the bases and Richards drovein the first run of the inning with a sacrifice fly to center field. Hudson then cleared the bases with a two-RBI double down the right field line and put Oregon ahead 3-0.

Louisiana-Lafayette scored an unearned run in the fourth inning after Jill Robertson reached on an Oregon error to lead off the inning and later scored on an RBI by catcher Joy Webre to make it 3-1.
That was as close as the Ragin' Cajuns would get as Cook retired nine consecutive batters to end the game.
In Oregon's first game of the day, Richards hit a two-out, two-RBI double in the top of the eighth inning that scored Lovena Chaput and Beth Boskovich to lead the Ducks to a 3-2 win over Wichita State and advance Oregon to the must-win game vs. Louisiana-Lafayette.
Junior pitcher Amy Harris (18-15) had five strikeouts in the game to become Oregon's all-time leader with 476 career strikeouts. Harris now has 201 strikeouts this season, one shy of tying the single-season record set by Ani Nyhus last season.
The Ducks took the first lead of the game after Hudson hit a solo home run to right field in the top of the fourth inning. Wichita State loaded the bases in the bottom of the inning, but second baseman
Brooke Usher hit back to Boskovich, who got the force at third and then threw home to complete the double play and prevent the Shockers from scoring the tying run.
Wichita State did eventually tie the game after an RBI double down the right field line by shortstop Britnee Barnett that scored Kyra Whitt, who was running for first baseman Lisa Jones.
Richards' eighth double of the season not only drove in the go-ahead runs for the Ducks, but also moved her to a tie for 10th all-time with 26 career doubles.
