Raulinaitis finished the day 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, totaling a team-leading five on the year.
The Ducks led until the top of the fourth, when Parra led off the inning with a single and scored on Medica's double to the left field wall. Jon Karcich then snuck a an RBI single past a diving Oregon second baseman Danny Pulfer for the Broncos go-ahead run.
Santa Clara added two more runs in the seventh when Parra's two-run single scored Brady Fuerst and Kyle Van Dusen.
