The Beach are led offensively by Justina King (12.9 PPG) and Shanaijah Davison (12.5), and Cydnee Kinslow leads the way with 6.8 RPG. Oregon holds a 7-5 lead in the all-time series with seven straight wins, including a 110-48 victory last season in Eugene.Â
Last Time Out: Ducks Race Past Jackrabbits
Oregon used suffocating defense and lights-out shooting to blow past South Dakota State, 95-56, on Sunday in a rematch of last season's Sweet Sixteen showdown. The Ducks went to a three-quarter court press for the first time this season and pressured the Jackrabbits into 13 turnovers, including 10 in the first half, and just 37.3 percent shooting from the floor. Offensively, Oregon was firing on all cylinders from beyond the arc after struggling the week before, going 14-of-24 (58.3%) from three-point range. Five different Ducks finished with double-digit points, led by 22 on 11-of-15 shooting from Ruthy Hebard.Â
Winterburn Named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week
One of Oregon's biggest keys to success from three-point range against South Dakota State was Holly Winterburn, who went 5-of-7 for a season-high 17 points en route to being named the Pac-12 freshman of the week. Winterburn became the ninth different Duck to score in double figures already this season, and her 17 points are the most thus far by a UO freshman.Â

Two Records in One Day for Ionescu
Breaking records has become a daily occurence for Sabrina Ionescu, and the senior superstar enjoyed a 2-for-1 day on Sunday against South Dakota State. Ionescu posted 12 points for the 109th double-figure scoring game of her career, breaking the previous UO all-time record of 108 held by Allison Lang (1980-84). The Walnut Creek, Calif., native also sunk a pair of three-pointers to give her 285 for her career, moving her past former teammate Lexi Bando (283, 2014-18) for the most in program history. Ionescu now owns those two records along with the all-time assists mark, and she is currently 161 points away from becoming Oregon's all-time leading scorer.Â
Hebard Off to Dominant Start as a Senior
Ruthy Hebard has been a beast down low so far this season, averaging 20.0 points and 11.4 rebounds per game while posting six double-doubles through the first eight games. Hebard poured in 31 points with 13 rebounds in the Nov. 16 win over Texas Southern, and reached the 30-point mark again while matching her career-high with 18 rebounds on Nov. 28 vs. Oklahoma State. The senior owns 45 career double-doubles, the fifth-most in UO history and the most among active NCAA players. Hebard is second in the nation in field goal percentage (72.7), 14th in rebounds per game and 16th in points per game.Â
Sabally Returning to Form After Early Absence
The Ducks were without standout junior Satou Sabally for the first three games of the regular season as she traveled overseas to play for the German Women's National Team. Sabally has led the Ducks in scoring three times in her five games since returning, including a 23-point performance to help guide the Ducks to a top-20 road win over No. 17 Syracuse on Nov. 24. Sabally is averaging 17.4 points and 6.8 rebounds per game so far in 2019-20 while shooting 44.4 percent from the floor.Â
Ionescu, Moore Directing Nation's Most Dynamic Offense
The Ducks lead the nation in points per game (89.4), assists per game (22.8) and assist-to-turnover ratio (2.04), and that is due in large part to the play of guards Sabrina Ionescu and Minyon Moore. Ionescu is the NCAA leader with 8.9 assists per game, and Moore is tied for 17th with 5.8 while ranking fifth in the nation with a 4.2 assist-to-turnover ratio. Ionescu is not far behind at No. 7 in the nation with a 3.9 ratio, and the two Ducks have combined for six double-figure assist games already this season.
Ducks Boast Improved Depth
Depth was one of Oregon's biggest issues in 2018-19, but the Ducks' bench is much deeper in 2019-20. Taylor Chavez has already scored in double figures three times, including a career-high 25 points on Nov. 13 vs. Utah State, and Holly Winterburn is the reigning Pac-12 freshman of the week after dropping 17 points on Sunday vs. South Dakota State. Lydia Giomi is averaging 6.5 points and 4.6 rebounds and had a career-high 18 points in the season opener, and Jaz Shelley (5.6 PPG) has provided a steady hand as the backup point guard.Â
Attendance Leaders
Oregon led the Pac-12 in attendance last season, averaging a program-best 7,174 fans per home game. The Ducks averaged more than 1,500 more fans per game than second-place Oregon State, and Oregon was one of just eight teams in the NCAA to average 7,000+ fans per game. UO's terrific attendance season was headlined by a 12,364 capacity crowd on Feb. 15, 2019, in a Civil War showdown with Oregon State, the second sellout crowd in program history and sixth largest women's basketball crowd in the NCAA in 2018-19. Through just four home games in 2019-20, the Ducks rank seventh in the nation in total attendance (35,306) and fourth in average attendance (8,827).
