Ducks, Beavers Clash in Corvallis Friday

EUGENE, Ore. — No. 23 Oregon and rival Oregon State meet for the final time in the regular season Friday night, with an 8 p.m. PT tip-off at Gill Coliseum in Corvallis on Pac-12 Networks.
The Ducks split two games at Matthew Knight Arena last weekend, defeating Washington on Friday 65-58 before falling in overtime to Washington State 85-54 Sunday. Against the Cougars, Endyia Rogers poured in 33 points on 6-of=8 shooting from behind the 3-point line while freshman Chance Gray scored a career-high 22 on 5-of-8 3-point shooting.
Gray was tabbed Pac-12 Freshman of the Week on Monday, becoming the third different Duck to earn a conference weekly award (Rogers, Grace VanSlooten).
Oregon, who defeated OSU 75-67 on Dec. 11, seeks its first season series sweep of Oregon State since the 2019-20 season. The Ducks have won the last three games in Corvallis and lead the all-time series 66-44.

Oregon State suffered back-to-back home losses to Washington State and Washington last Friday and Sunday, respectively, and sit at 10-8 overall (2-5 Pac-12). The Beavers are 6-8 since starting the season 4-0 and have not won consecutive games since defeating Southern (Dec. 1) and Jackson State (Dec. 3).
Talia von Oelhoffen leads OSU and ranks sixth in the Pac-21 at 15.6 points per game while Raegan Beers is ninth at 14.7 points a game. Beers, a freshman, is second among conference freshmen in scoring, trailing only Oregon's Grace VanSlooten (15.2). Beers gets to the free throw line more than any player in the Pac-12, leading the conference with 113 free throws taken and 78 made free throws this season. Von Oelhoffen is the league leader in free throw percentage at 89.7 percent.
Oregon State averages the third-most rebounds per game in the league, pulling down 41.5 a contest with an average rebounding margin of plus-7.1. The Beavers grab the second-most defensive rebounds a game in the Pac-12 with 30.6.
