Ducks Announce 2023 Volleyball Schedule

EUGENE, Ore. – As part of its 2023 schedule, the Oregon volleyball team will play 13 NCAA Tournaments teams from a season ago. The Ducks will also have 13 matches televised as part of the Pac-12 live events schedule that was recently released. The 2023 season begins Aug. 25 against San Diego in Hawaii.

All 10 home matches during the regular season will be against conference opponents beginning with the Pac-12 opener Sept. 22 against Oregon State. The in-state rivalry will air on the Pac-12 Network at 7 p.m. (PT). Including a 14-0 run last season, the Ducks have won 18 in a row at Matthew Knight Arena.

The season-opening tournament in Hawaii will also include matches against Northwestern and the host Rainbow Wahine. The Ducks will then travel to the SDSU Invitational (Aug. 31-Sept. 1) to play San Diego State, USCB and Pepperdine.

This year's edition of the Big Ten/Pac-12 Challenge (Sept. 8-9) is hosted by Stanford and, along with the Ducks, will feature Minnesota and Ohio State. The Oregon-Minnesota matchup will be televised on the Pac-12 Network at 4:30 p.m. (PT).

The team's non-conference road travel continues with a trip to the Panther Challenge (Sept. 14-15) for matches against host Pittsburgh and reigning Sun Belt champion James Madison. The Ducks will play a third match that weekend, a Sept. 17 date at Marquette.

Eight of Oregon's 11 non-conference matches are against teams that played in the NCAA Tournament last year.

The Ducks play three of their first four Pac-12 matches at home which will include a weekend against Washington (Sept. 29) and Washington State (Oct. 1). In its longest home stand, Oregon will play four-consecutive matches at MKA in mid-October with dates against the Arizona and Bay Area schools.

Senior Day is set for Nov. 21 against USC.
