Ducks to Host Big Ten Championships

The 2025 Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships will take place May 16-18 in Eugene.
EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon track and field team will welcome its new conference mates to the Pacific Northwest next spring when it hosts the 2025 Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 16-18) at Hayward Field.
It will mark the 11th time the Ducks have hosted a conference meet at Hayward Field, having last hosted the 2022 Pac-12 Championships.
The 2025 Big Ten Championships will be the first of two postseason meets hosted by Oregon. Just over three weeks later, the nation's best will gather in Eugene for the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 11-14) at Hayward Field.
2025 Outdoor Postseason Schedule
May 16-18 – Big Ten Championships (Eugene, Ore.)
May 28-31 – NCAA First Round (East: Jacksonville, Fla.; West: College Station, Texas)
June 11-14 – NCAA Championships (Eugene, Ore.)
The 2024 Big Ten Cross Country Championships will be contested Friday, Nov. 1, in Savoy, Ill., and the 2025 Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships will take place Feb. 28-March 1 at the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion in Indianapolis.
The entire Oregon indoor and outdoor track and field schedule will be announced later this fall.
Earlier this month, Hayward Field was announced as the host site for the 2028 NCAA Championships. Oregon will now serve as the outdoor national host for the next four years.
