
Ducks Hosting NCAA Opening Rounds at MKA

Oregon plays High Point on Thursday (6:30 p.m., ESPN+) at Matthew Knight Arena.
EUGENE, Ore. – For a third-consecutive season, the Oregon volleyball team earned NCAA hosting duties and will play Big South champion High Point in the opening round of the 2024 NCAA Championship. The Ducks' four-team section of the national bracket begins Thursday, Dec. 5, at Matthew Knight Arena.
Oregon is hosting the opening rounds of the NCAA Tournament for a third-consecutive year, and for the eighth time in program history. The Ducks will also welcome TCU and Hawai'i to Eugene this week. The full 64-team field was announced Sunday on ESPN.
All-session tickets are currently available—click HERE—and single-session tickets will be made available later this week.

Oregon capped the regular season Friday with a four-set road win over UCLA and carry a 22-7 mark into the postseason. The Ducks were 14-6 in Big Ten play and finished fifth in their first season in the league.
With Sunday's selection, the program is making its 21st appearance in the NCAA Tournament, a seventh under head coach Matt Ulmer. The Ducks have advanced to three regional finals—Elite 8—under Ulmer with runs in 2018, 2022 and 2023, and trip to the Sweet 16 during the 2021 spring season.
The Ducks' first- and second-round section is part of a region that also includes (1) Pittsburgh, (2) SMU, (3) Kentucky, (6) Minnesota, (7) Missouri and (8) Oklahoma.
