EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon lacrosse has released its 2025 schedule, head coach Jessica Drummond announced on Thursday. The Ducks will play 16 regular season games – including nine games at Papé Field – during Drummond's second season in charge of the program and the Ducks' first in the Big Ten Conference.
Â
The season officially gets underway when Butler pays a visit to Eugene for the first time on Feb. 7, kicking off a four-game home stand. The Ducks will also face Stetson on Feb. 11 in the first-ever meeting between the two teams, Columbia on Feb. 15 and Central Michigan on Feb. 22.
Â
The first road trip of the year takes the Ducks down to the Golden State, where will face California in a nonconference contest for the first time ever on Feb. 27. UO will then look to extend their two-year winning streak over UC Davis on March 1.
Â
After their California swing, the Ducks return home for another four-game home stretch, starting off by hosting San Diego State on March 6. Conference play officially commences on March 13 when Ohio State comes to Eugene, followed by Rutgers on March 16 and the first-ever meeting with Penn State on March 23.
Â
Drummond and the Ducks will then make a trip to the east coast to face Maryland on March 27 and Johns Hopkins on March 30. Oregon returns to Papé Field for one final home game on April 6 when the Ducks host Michigan for the third-ever meeting between the two teams and first since 2017.
Â
UO will play the final three games of the regular season on the road, starting with the last nonconference game of the season against Eastern Michigan on April 11. The Ducks will then head to Chicago to take on Northwestern, last season's national runner-up, on April 13 before heading back to the west coast for the season finale at USC on April 20.
Â
The Big Ten Tournament will be held from April 23-27 at the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex in College Park, Md. The No. 1-overall seed will receive a first round bye, while the other eight teams will play in quarterfinal matchups.
