Lacrosse Earns IWLCA Academic Honors

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Oregon lacrosse was named an academic honor squad for the second year in a row and saw 14 Ducks earn a place on the academic honor roll on Wednesday as the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2024 academic awards.

Oregon was one of 100 Division I programs to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad and one of six Pac-12 teams. To qualify for the award, a team must have posted a 3.2-or-higher team GPA for the academic year.

The 14 student-athletes to earn IWLCA Academic Honor Roll sets a program record, breaking last years' then-best mark of eight. To be eligible, a student-athlete must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or better. Overall, the IWLCA honored 1,163 student-athletes from 113 institutions.
