Ducks Add All-WCC First Team Performer
12/10/25 | Women's Volleyball
Sjakkie Donkers averaged a WCC-leading 4.04 kills per set this past season for Gonzaga.
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon volleyball head coach Trent Kersten has strengthened the Ducks' program with the addition of All-WCC First Team selection Sjakkie Donkers, a rising junior transfer from Gonzaga. She led the West Coast Conference with 4.04 kills per set and was second in the league with 4.50 points per set.
"What stands out about Sjakkie is how she's succeeded everywhere she's been—two conferences, two different environments and consistent growth throughout," Kersten said. "That resilience and upward trajectory fit exactly what we value here. We can't wait to see how much she can grow as she takes on the Big Ten and joins our Flock."

She earned her first-career weekly award when she was named WCC Offensive Player of the Week (Oct. 27) after a 25-kill effort at San Francisco.
