EUGENE, Ore. – Stefini Ma'ake was named the Big Ten Conference Freshman of the Week for the second time this season. She shared Monday's award with UCLA's Addisen Fisher.
In Oregon's record-setting two-game series sweep at Rutgers, Ma'ake hit .667 (6-of-9), drove in 10 runs and hit two homers. She had a 1.333 slugging percentage.
Ma'ake hit a three-run home run and had a career-high six RBI in the Ducks' 20-1 win on Friday. She added another three-run homer and had four RBI in Oregon's 21-2 win on Saturday.
