Pitched admirably in 15 appearances, including nine against top-25 teams, after joining the team in early February as a true freshman walk-on ... Had not pitched competitively since finishing high school career in May 2018 before joining the Ducks ... Earned first collegiate win on April 23 against Portland State, throwing a perfect inning of relief with a strikeout ... Did not allow an earned run in three innings of relief at No. 1 UCLA on April 13 ...
