Student Athlete of the Week - Dec. 3 - Dec. 9
Ryan Dunn has been named the GoDucks.com Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of December 3 - December 9.
Ryan Dunn, a junior from Estacada, Oregon, beat OSU's Clifton Ivanoff on a technical fall 22-7 in the 133 pound weight class of the Civil War wrestling match on Friday. McArthur Court cheered on an explosive effort by Dunn, as he shot out to a 10-4 lead in the first period. Ryan added another 10 points in the second period to go up 20-6. Then went on to claim his second technical fall of the season with 1:09 remaining in the third period. Though OSU would go on to win the match 23-14, Dunn's victory marked his 10th individual win of the season.
Oregon hosts both Oklahoma City and South Oregon in a doubeheader on Sunday, Dec. 16 at McArthur Court.

2007-08: Currently 10-2 overall, finished 3rd at the Wyoming Open in November.
2006-07: Posted career high 20 wins (20-13 overall), and wrestled at 125 (19-11) and 133 pounds (1-2). Made Pac-10 debut and went 1-2 in the tourney, with a fall over Brad Caldwell to open the consolation bracket. Won four in a row twice during season, and had two major decision wins in the second stretch, thanks to a 25-11 win over Jaime Hernanez of Cal State Fullerton and Henry Roman of Oklahoma. Had another technical fall (21-6) and major decision (16-5) early in the year over Steve Sanchez of N. Idaho and Brian Jacob of Clackamas CC, respectively.
2004-05: Redshirt
BEFORE OREGON: A four-time district and two-time state champion . . . named Estacada High School senior male Athlete of the Year . . . member of the National Honor Society . . . named honorable mention All-American by Wrestling USA.
