2015 – The Pac-12 honorable mention all-conference honoree took the league by storm the second half of the regular season, completing 112 of 169 passes (66.3%) for 1,865 yards and 21 touchdowns in his final six regular-season appearances while guiding his team to an unblemished 6-0 record . . . Continued his magic in the post-season, completing 13 of 19 passes for 197 yards and one TD through two-thirds of the second quarter of the Alamo Bowl before exiting the game following a 4-yard scramble . . . Led Oregon to four touchdowns on its first five drives of the bowl game . . . The senior transfer led the nation in passing efficiency (179.1) while finishing fifth in the Pac-12 in total offense (279.0 avg.) and passing (264.3 avg.) . . . Earned the conference's Offensive Player-of-the-Week honors following wins at Arizona State and vs. USC . . . Threw for an Oregon-best 407 yards and six touchdowns (20-25-1) in a 48-28 win over the Trojans as well as 315 yards and four scores (23-40-1) in Tempe . . . Included in the latter outing was an 8-yard scoring pass with 12 seconds remaining in regulation to send the game into overtime as well as a 20-yard strike in the back of the end zone to secure the triple-overtime win . . . Tallied a season-high 398 individual yards of total offense in his home finale against Oregon State . . . Connected on his first 10 pass attempts into the fourth quarter in the win at Stanford before finishing with only two incompletions in 12 tries . . . Made his Oregon debut against his former team, completing 19 of 25 passes for 246 yards and two touchdowns vs. Eastern Washington . . . Included were completions on nine of his first 11 attempts as he was successful on all five of this third-quarter passes en route to a string of eight consecutive successful throws . . . Also added 94 yards on the ground, including a 24 yard run to complete the night with 340 yards of total offense . . . Threw for 309 yards in a loss at Michigan State in addition to running for his first score . . . Watched his string of 27 straight appearances throwing multiple TD passes come to an end at Michigan State but maintained a streak of at least one scoring pass, which he continued through the end of the regular season . . . Did not play against Georgia State, Colorado or Washington State . . . Extended his streak of consecutive games with at least one passing touchdown to 35 games.
BEFORE OREGON – In three years at Eastern Washington, the quarterback accumulated a school and Big Sky Conference record 110 touchdown passes to rank 10th all-time in FCS history . . . Finished career at Eastern with 10,438 passing yards and a completion percentage of 64.8 (701-for-1,081) ... Averaged 282.1 passing yards-per-game and 9.1 yards-per-attempt ... Also added 1,232 rushing yards with 11 touchdowns while at Eastern ... Finished as the runner-up for the Walter Payton Award – given to the top player in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision – as both a sophomore and a junior, despite missing four games in 2014 with a broken foot . . . Finished his FCS career second all-time in passing efficiency with a 173.8 career mark . . . Contributed to a 28-6 career record as a starter, including a 8-2 mark a year ago . . . Has 42 pass plays in his career of 40 yards or longer, with 26 of those plays resulting in touchdowns . . . Named to four different first-team All-America contingents in 2014 and earned Big Sky Offensive Player of the Year honors after finishing the season completing 66 percent of his passes . . . As a sophomore, the quarterback was named the FCS National Performer of the Year by College Football Performance Awards after completing 319 of 486 passes for 4,994 yards and 55 touchdowns . . . Combined for 518 yards of total offense – 411 yards passing; 107 yards rushing – and accounted for six TDs in a three-point win at Oregon State in 2013 . . . In 2012, Adams was selected as the Freshman of the Year on the College Sporting News “Fabulous 50” All-America team, and was also on the College Sports Journal Freshman All-America squad ... Was one of 20 players on the ballot for the Jerry Rice Award, given to the top freshman in FCS by The Sports Network ... As a senior at Alemany High School, he was selected as the Serra League Most Valuable Player after leading the Warriors to the league title in 2010 . . . In his final two seasons at Alemany, he passed for 5,234 yards and 49 touchdowns, and rushed for another 1,263 yards and 19 more scores to lead the school to a 22-5 overall record.
