PERSONAL — Born William A. Wallace on Nov. 8, 1988 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Parents: William and Lisa Wallace. Family: Two sisters, one brother. High School (Coach): West Covina (Mike Maggiore) 2007. Major: Undeclared. Redshirt: 2007.
2010 — Ranked second among defensive backs with a 335-lb. bench press during winter testing • Also third among his position group with a 34-inch vertical leap.
2009 — Member of the travel squad, provided his biggest contribution on Ducks’ scout team • Joined Oregon Iron Club as the team’s third strongest player (pound-for-pound), totaling 959 lbs. (5.35 times his bodyweight) in the clean, squat and bench press during winter workouts.
2008 — Appeared in four games and logged a season-high 15 snaps at Washington State • Earned scout team player of the week on special teams vs. Purdue.
2007 — Participated as a member of the scout team during his redshirt season.
HIGH SCHOOL — Attracted all-San Gabriel Valley and All-CIF Southwest Division offensive honors his senior year in addition to all-San Antonio League acclaim on both offense and defense • Rebounded from injuries from his junior year to compile 1,150 yards rushing while averaging better than 7.0 yards per carry for the Bulldogs • Also grabbed 30 passes for 436 yards while accumulating 12 touchdowns • Set school records while averaging better than 38 yards per kickoff return and more than 18 yards in punt returns for the league tri-champions • Added 76 tackles and four interceptions on defense • Awarded all-league plaudits at running back as a sophomore, carrying the ball 90 times for 850 yards and six scores, including a school-record 96-yard TD run.
