2007-08: Did not see any action in the fall.
2006-07: Played in both the Husky Invitational and the Northwest Collegiate Classic in the fall. Looked good in the junior varsity Washington Winter Challenge, finishing in a tie for fourth (72-75-71-218).
Before Oregon: Lettered all four years in golf at R.A. Long high school, and was twice named the MVP of the 3A GSHL league under coach Dave Parks. Finished in a tie for ninth at the state tournament his senior season. Was the junior champion at Longview Country Club. Also was a four year letterman, and first team all-league, for his high school soccer team and lettered three times in diving.
Personal: Born Christopher Holway, November 15, 1987, in Longview, Wash. Parents are Bruce Holway and Sue Lawton. Has one younger sister, Molly. Major is undeclared.
