UPCOMING AS A SENIOR
Will be one of the Ducks' most feared big bats in the middle of the lineup, along with Koral Costa, Janelle Lindvall and Geri Ann Glasco, for the 2016 season...An exceptional defender at first base who also has experience playing second base collegiately.
AS A JUNIOR (2015)
Honorable Mention All-Pac-12...First Team All-Pacific Region...NCAA All-Eugene Regional Team...An impact bat in her first season with the Ducks...Hit .342 in 53 starts and 55 games played with 48 runs scored, 10 doubles, 11 homers and 42 RBIs...Slugged .625, third best on the team among regular starters...Hit two home runs in one inning on March 29 against Washington as the Ducks hit a program-record five in the frame and reight bombs in the game overall, also a UO reecord...Drove in a season-high five runs in that game...First home run of the season came in the Ducks' win over No. 7 ranked Baylor on Feb. 19 in Waco, Texas...Went 4-for-4 with four RBIs on May 3 against Cal...Had at least one hit in each of the Ducks' five regional and super regional games...Also had a hit against UCLA in the opening game of the Women's College World Series...Drew a season-high three walks on three occassions, one coming against BYU in the first game of regionals...Swiped two bases in a win against Nevada on Feb. 8...Made just four errors while recording 252 putouts at first base.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2014) (AT NEBRASKA)
First Team All-Midwest Region...First Team All-Big Ten...Academic All-Big Ten...Started all 62 games for the Huskers in her sophomore campaign...Hit a team-high .369 with 51 runs, 80 hits, 21 doubles, 14 homers and 53 RBIs...Also led the team in hits, doubles and RBIs...Her 21 doubles were the fourth most in the NCAA and tied for the second most in Nebraska single-season history...Went 7-for-11 with a double, two homers and seven runs scored in Nebraska's series win at No. 23 Northwestern, including a school record four runs in the second game of the set...Hit .443 in Big Ten play and tied for the league lead with 35 hits in conference action...Ranked second in the Big Ten in overall batting average and runs scored...Continued her strong play in the postseason, hitting .429 (12-of-28) in seven NCAA tournament games...Went 10-for-20 in the Huskers' regional win in Columbia, Mo....Homered in the first inning of each game against host Missouri as the Huskers knocked off the No. 15 ranked Tigers in back-to-back games...Did not make an error in seven postseason games at second base and posted a .964 overall fielding percentage in 2014.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013) (AT NEBRASKA)
Started all 61 games for the Huskers in her first collegiate season...Hit .244 with 27 runs, 41 hits, 13 doubles, six homers, 29 RBIs and 19 walks compared to 12 strikeouts...Went 3-for-10 with two doubles in Nebraska's three-game Super Regional win over Oregon in Eugene...Had both doubles in the series-clinching third game...Ended the year ranked 10th in the Big Ten in doubles and was third on the team in RBIs...Hit .293 in Big Ten play...Smacked a three-run homer to clinch a series win against No. 9 Michigan...Went 2-for-8 at the Women's College World Series with a double and a homer in a 9-8, 15-inning elimination loss to Florida.
HIGH SCHOOL
A four-time all-state selection and two-time Oregon State Offensive Player of the Year at McNary HS in Keizer...Hit .599 with a .709 on-base percentage in her four-year career, with 43 doubles, 12 triples, 27 home runs and 150 RBIs with 50 stolen bases on 55 attempts...Hit .633 in her senior season when she was named the Oregon Class 6A Player of the Year for the second straight season...Also earned the award as a junior when she hit .642...Never hit less than .538 in one of her high school seasons...The youngest player invited to the USA Junior National Team tryout in 2010.

Parents are Steve and Maite Decker...Father Steve is the assistant hitting coach for the San Francisco Giants...Steve played seven seasons in Major League Baseball, including four years with the Giants.
