2018: Outdoor - Competed in the long jump preliminaries ( 25-7.5/7.81m) at the NCAA Championships ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the long jump after finishing with the top mark in the field, 26-11.75 (8.22m) (w+), at the NCAA West Preliminary Round ... Pac-12 men's field athlete of the year and conference champion in the long jump ... Repeated as the Pac-12 long jump champion with a huge wind-aided mark of 27-4/8.33m on third attempt; all four recorded marks would have won the title, and wind-legal PR jump of 26-6.65/8.12m in fifth round is good for No. 2 all-time at Oregon ... Also finished as the Pac-12 runner-up in the 100 meters in a windy 10.14, and ran the opening leg on the runner-up 4x100 meter relay team to contribute to a total of 26 team points ... Recorded a personal record and took sixth place in the 200 meters (21.29) at the Desert Heat Classic ... Earned first-team all-American honors in the 4x100 relay and second-team all-American honors in the 100 meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... Contributed to the 4x100 relay team's sixth place finish (38.81) at the NCAA Championships ... Advanced to the NCAA Championships in both the 100 meters and 4x100 relay after posting respective times of 10.04 (+ w.3,7) and 38.94 at the NCAA West Regionals ... Won the Pac-12 title in the long jump with a top leap of 26-1/7.95m (w2.5) ... Before Oregon: Placed eighth in the long jump at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials in an all-conditions best 26- 7.75/8.12m (w) … Was a two-time NCAA Division II national champion in the long jump (2015-16) … A four-time Rocky Mountain Conference champion in the long jump, winning the indoor and outdoor titles in both 2015 and 2016 … At the 2016 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, won the long jump, placed third in the 100 meters, fourth in the triple jump, fifth in the high jump and was on the runner-up 4x100 meter relay team … Was a former Georgia state long jump champion for Lafayette High School.
