2022-23: Indoor – made collegiate indoor debut at the UW Preview with a time of 9:20.05 at 3,000 meters, finished sixth…ran a 4:38.46 mile at the UW Invite; also anchored the DMR to victory at the meet (11:04.73)…lowered mile bests in consecutive weeks with a 4:35.65 at the Arkansas Qualifier followed by a 4:35.25 at the Ken Shannon Invitational…ran a season-best 9:11.70 over 3,000 meters during the BU Valentine Invite. Outdoor – NCAA Championships qualifier (1500m)…top collegian in section one (4:13.21) of the 1500 at the Payton Jordan Invitational, finished fourth overall…started postseason with an eighth-place finish in the 1500 (4:15.15) at the Pac-12 Championships…lowered bests from 4:11.02 to 4:08.87 in first round and quarterfinal heats, respectively, at the NCAA West Preliminary…finished 10th in the NCAA final (4:12.70)…advanced to the national final with a 4:11.49 effort in the semifinal…clocked personal bests of 16:11.77 in the 5,000 meters and 33:51.49 in the 10,000 meters.
2021-22: Did not compete.
Before Oregon: 2019 OSAA 6A state champion at 1500 meters; finished third at the state meet as a freshman…finished fifth at the 2019 OSAA 6A Cross Country State Championships…three-time 6A-7 Southwest Conference outdoor champion: 800, 1500 and 4x400; also won the 2019 6A-7 SWC cross country title…pair of top-eight finishes with the 4x400 relay at the OSAA state meet (2017, ’19)…won three 6A-6 SWC titles as a freshman…established prep bests of 2:12.35 in the 800 meters and 4:53.81 over 1500 meters.
