2024-25: Indoor – finished fourth over 3,000 meters at the Big Ten Indoor Championships … ran 3:58.94 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational; first time to break four-minute mark in the event … 34th man in UO program history to run a sub-4:00 indoor mile … ran a season’s best for 3,000 meters with a 7:52.71 at the Tyson Invitational. Outdoor – finished seventh at the NCAA Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … ran a then-best of 8:24.46 at the national meet … Big Ten champion in the steeplechase; first UO man to win conference title in the event since 2021 … clocked a season-best time of 3:41.59 to win section two of the 1500 meters at the Stanford Invitational … opened outdoor campaign with a 5:33.42 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Oregon Preview.
2023-24: Indoor – recorded lifetime bests of 4:02.69 for the mile and 7:59.92 over 3,000 meters at the Eagle Elite in Boston … lowered mile best by more than two seconds from 4:05.21 effort a month earlier at the UW Indoor Preview … clocked 3K times of 8:07.90 at the BU Season Opener and 8:02.07 during the Razorback Invitational before dipping below eight minutes for the first time at the BU Eagle meet. Outdoor – NCAA West qualifier (steeplechase) … won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Oregon Twilight with a lifetime best of 8:45.36, taking more than four seconds off previous best … ran 8:53.70 at Oregon Preview, good for fourth overall and third among collegians … finished 15th overall at NCAA West First Round in Fayetteville, Ark., with a time of 8:50.18; was sixth in the first of three sections … competed in the steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships in Boulder, Colo., but did not finish … established a best of 3:48.41 for 1500 meters at the Stanford Invitational.
2022-23: Ran 9:17.57 (unattached) in the steeplechase at the Oregon Twilight; finished fourth…clocked a lifetime best of 8:49.64 to win the 2023 USATF U20 steeplechase title.
Before Oregon: 2022 Nike Outdoor National champion in the 2,000-meter steeplechase (5:47.14)…was ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2022 USATF U20 Championships…established prep best of 4:08.82 to win the high school mile at the 2022 Portland Track Festival…three-time 6A-2 Metro League champion in 2022 with individual wins at 1500 and 3,000 meters and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay…won the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the 2022 Oregon Relays; also established a lifetime best of 1:54.96 over 800 meters at the meet.
