2024-25: Indoor – Became the 34th man in program history to dip below four minutes with his time of 3:58.77 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational; finished 15th overall … placed fifth over 3,000 meters (7:59.38) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships … ran season’s best time of 7:55.16 at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener in December. Outdoor – Did not compete.
2023-24: Did not compete.
Before Oregon: Six-time Utah 5A state champion—800 meters (2023), 1600 meters (2021, ’23), 3200 meters (2022, ’23), cross country (2022) … three-time state runner-up as a junior in cross country and in the 800 and 1600 meters … finished in 14th place at the 2022 Nike Cross Nationals … twice a runner-up at the Nike Southwest Regional meet (2021, ’22) … mile runner-up at the 2023 Brooks PR Invitational … ran 4:01.07 at the 2023 HOKA Festival of Miles, good for the #6 prep time in the country … established personal bests of 1:52.17 for 800 meters and 9:03.29 for 3200 meters at the 2023 Utah state meet.
