Farin Wins In First Round, Advances In ITA All-Americans

TULSA, Okla. – Kevin Farin won in the opening round of Qualifying Singles at the ITA All-American Championships over Ross Guignon of Illinois, 7-6 (1), 6-4. Farin is the last Duck who will still be competing in singles play tomorrow at Tulsa University.
Daan Maasland went up against Thomas Weigel from NC State and fell, 6-1, 6-1.
Maasland and Farin will pair up tomorrow in the first round of Qualifying Doubles and face off against Eric Diaz and Nathan Pasha from Georgia at 2 p.m. (CT).
Farin will play Sam Shropshire of Northwestern in the second round of Qualifying Singles tomorrow.
