
Ducks Collect 16 Entries for NCAA Championships

EUGENE, Ore. – The University of Oregon track and field team will be represented by 14 individual entries and both distance-medley relays at the 2019 NCAA Indoor Championships. The full list of national qualifiers was announced Tuesday evening.
The 2019 NCAA Indoor Championships will be contested March 8-9 at the CrossPlex in Birmingham, Ala. Both days of the national meet will be streamed on ESPN3, also available through the WatchESPN app.
Cravon Gillespie
Event: 60 Meters
Qualifying Mark: 6.62
First career appearance at NCAA Indoor Championships … MPSF runner-up at 60 meters … ran 6.62 in the prelim and final … entered MPSF weekend with a season best of 6.63 … ran No. 2 time in UO history (6.61) at the Don Kirby Invitational (Feb. 9) … time converted (altitude) to 6.63 for qualifying purposes … set school record at 200 meters (20.73) at the Don Kirby Invitational (Feb. 8).
