EUGENE, Ore. – Day two of the athletics program in Tokyo features the Ducks' first medal opportunity on the track. Having advanced from the opening round of the women's 100 meters, Jenna Prandini must first qualify from the semifinal before lining up in the final.

Former UO standout Claire Michel will have a medal opportunity of her own in the mixed relay portion of the triathlon. Competing in her second Olympics, Michel is representing Belgium. She finished 34th in the women's event on July 27.
Back on the track, six-time NCAA champion and 2019 World Championships runner-up Raevyn Rogers takes on the semifinals of the women's 800 meters.
