THIS WEEK
No. 4 Oregon visits Minneapolis for the first time in program history for a three-game series at Minnesota. All three games will be on B1G+. The Ducks come into the weekend at 9-1 in the Big Ten, tied for first with UCLA and Northwestern.
TWO STOLEN BASE RECORDS FALL
Two program season stolen base records fell last week. The Ducks now have 128 steals as a team, which broke the 2007 record of 126. Kai Luschar also stole her 42nd base last week, one better than the old school mark of 41 by Suzie Barnes in 2007.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS

MA'AKE, SOKOLSKY EARN BIG TEN HONORS
Stefini Ma'ake was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week for the third tine this season, while Elise Sokolsky was named Big Ten Pitcher of the Week for the first time in her career. The two helped No. 6 Oregon to a sweep of Michigan over the weekend, following a midweek win at Oregon State April 2-5. Ma'ake, who won Big Ten Freshman honors for the second consecutive week and for the third time overall, hit .500 with three home runs and seven RBI last week. She went 5-for-10 at the plate with a slugging percentage of 1.400. Ma'ake went 3-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in the April 2 9-1 win at Oregon State. She drove in the Ducks' second run in the 3-2 series opening victory over Michigan. Ma'ake also hit a three-run home run in the 9-1 win in the finale against Michigan. This was the fifth Freshman of the Week honor for the Ducks this season. Sokolsky went 3-0 with a 0.51 ERA in 13.2 innings pitched. She yielded one run on four hits, struck out 14 and walked four. Opponents hit just .091 against her. She threw a complete game one-hitter and struck out six in a 9-1 win at Oregon State. She earned the win in game one against Michigan by allowing no runs in 1.2 innings of relief. Sokolsky capped the week by throwing 5.0 innings scoreless innings out of the pen April 5 in Oregon's come-from-behind 5-4 victory.

SINICKI SHORTSTOP STARTS
Paige Sinicki has started 168 consecutive games at shortstop for the Ducks.

Starting outfielders Kai Luschar (LF) and Kedre Luschar (CF) have combined for 96 hits, 73 runs and 62 stolen bases. Kedre leads the team in doubles (12) and batting average (.457). Kai leads the Big Ten with a program-record 42 steals. Both are seniors, though Kai, a fifth-year senior, is a year older.
ELITE LEVEL DEFENSE
Defense has been a hallmark of coach Melyssa Lombardi's program since day one. The Ducks are second in the Big Ten and seventh nationally in fielding at .980. Last season, the Ducks were again one of the best defensive teams in the nation. The Ducks were 24th nationally and fourth in the Pac-12 and in fielding percentage (.974). In 2022, Oregon led the Pac-12 and ranked 10th nationally with a .977 fielding percentage. That mark tied the program record set the year before (2021).
