At Dartmouth: Ran a seven-second personal best to set both the Dartmouth and Ivy League record in the mile during the 2014 indoor season (3:58.04)…took fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile…placed 14th at the 2013 NCAA Cross Country Championships…was a member of the distance medley relay team which won the Ivy League Championship in 2014.
High School: A four-year letter winner in cross-country and track at Brunswick High School…captained the cross-country and indoor and outdoor track teams his senior year...led his team to three Maine State Class A team Championships...his senior season, he captured the Maine State 800, the mile, and two-mile championships as well as the New England Mile Championships...named Maine Gatorade Runner of the Year, All-New England, Maine Sunday Telegram MVP and USATF All-American as a junior...as a senior, he was once again awarded Maine Sunday Telegram MVP, All-New England, Maine Gatorade Runner of the Year, in addition to being named Maine Sunday Telegram All-Sports Athlete of the Year and Maine Gatorade Athlete of the Year.
