2010-11: Outdoors - Wrapped career with a win and a collegiate best in the long jump, going 18-8.5/5.70m at the Oregon Twilight. Went 18-7.25/5.67m in the long jump at the Oregon Relays. Captured the collegiate section of the long jump at the Stanford Invitational (18-5.75/5.63m). Won the long jump at the Oregon Preview (17-11/5.46m). Pac-10 all-academic honorable mention. Indoors - Had a big indoor double-PR day at the Husky Classic in February. Ran 7.88 in the 60 meters and leapt 18-6/5.64m in the long jump. Improved the long jump to 18-7/5.66m at the MPSF Championships. Opened season in the 60 meters and the 4x400 relay at the UW Indoor Preview. Followed that with a then-indoor best in the long jump of 18-3.25/5.57m at the UW Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors - Long Jump - 18-8.5/5.70m, Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/6/11). Indoors - 60 Meters - 7.88 (PR), Husky Classic, Seattle, Wash. (2/12/11); Long Jump - 18-7/5.66m (PR), MPSF Championships, Seattle, Wash. (2/25/11).
2009-10: Had a pair of runner-up long jump finishes in six indoor and outdoor meets. Outdoors: Jumped a season-best 18-6/5.64m at the Oregon Relays. Also had a pair of runner-up finishes at the Oregon Preview (18-3.25) and Oregon Twilight (18-2.25). Also triple jumped three times. Indoors: Set an indoor best of 18-3/5.56m at the UW Indoor Preview. Season Bests: Outdoors - Long Jump - 18-6/5.64m, Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore. (4/30/10); Triple Jump - 36-1.25/11.00m (w+2.1) (PR), Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/20/10). Indoors - Long Jump - 18-3/5.56m, UW Indoor Preview, Seattle, Wash. (1/16/10).
2008-09: Competed six times indoors and outdoors in the long jump. Jumped a wind-aided 18-11.25 (5.77m) in a third-place finish at the Oregon Relays. Legal best was 18-3.75 (5.58m) at the Pepsi Team Invitational. Took fourth at the Oregon Twilight (18-3.25). Indoors, went 17-11 (5.46m) at the UW Indoor Invitational. Pac-10 all-academic honorable mention. Season Bests: Outdoors - Long Jump - 18-11.25 (w+3.2), Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore. (4/24/09). Indoors - Long Jump - 17-11, UW Indoor Invitational, Seattle, Wash. (1/31/09).
2007-08: Pac-10 Championships competitor in the long jump had three top-three finishes in the event. Season best came in outdoor debut, a wind-aided leap of 19-0.75 (+2.2), which ranked second at the Oregon Preview. Best legal mark of 18-7.75 came in a third-place finish at the Oregon Relays. Also finished third at the Oregon Twilight (18-9.75, w: +2.3). Other action came in the 100 meters and the triple jump. Season Bests: Outdoors - 100 Meters - 12.66, Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/22/08); Long Jump - 19-0.75/5.81m (w: +2.2), Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/22/08).
Prep: Won Oregon 4A state titles for Gladstone High School in the long jump (19-2.5) as a senior, in the 200 meters (25.83) and long jump (17-8.75) as junior, in the 200 meters (26.07) as a sophomore and in the 400 meters (56.48) as a freshman. Set the Oregon 4A state meet long jump record (19-2.5) as senior. Was the 4A state runner-up as a senior in the 100 and 200 meters. Also placed in the state meet as a senior in the 4x100 meter relay, as a junior in the 100 meters, as a sophomore in the 400 meters and as a freshman in the 200 meters. Led state long jump rankings as a senior (19-5/5.91m) and also ranked tenth in the 200 meters (25.47). Lettered four years in track and field, four years in soccer as a defender and three years in basketball as a wing. Was an all-state selection in soccer. Valedictorian and National Honor Society member. High School Bests: 100 Meters - 12.4; 200 Meters - 25.42; 400 Meters - 56.42; Long Jump - 19-5/5.91m.
